This is the bit we should all read but never do, I know you are keen to get shopping!!  but please take a moment to check the
T’s and C’s, it’s important.

How to Pay

We accept the following major credit/debit cards for payment of goods ordered online. Please be advised we no-longer accept cheques for payment. We no longer accept American Express.

Your details are collected by secure server and for added security, deleted once your order is dispatched. This means you will need to re-enter your details each time you purchase from us but for the added security this brings we didn’t think you would mind.

You can also use the remember button at the checkout to store your information on a cookie on you own computer, this prevents you from having to fill out the form each time but be assured the information is on your own computer not ours. You need ensure cookies are enabled in order to use this facility.


Our system does not operate live stock control so there may be occasions when something appears in stock online but is in fact sold out. We endeavour to keep the site as up to date as possible but cannot always ensure that it is totally correct. If you require an item urgently then please call us or email to make sure of our stock levels.

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt, but if for some reason we are out of stock of any of the items we will send the bulk of the order and endeavour to send the balance as soon as is possible, but please note, this may not always be possible, in which case we will notify you. Your copy invoice will indicate which items, if any, have been back ordered. If you do not wish us to keep back orders for you please indicate this in the special requests section of the order form.

Packages are sent via Royal Mail with proof of posting obtained.

If you require any other form of posting please note this in the special requests section of the order form, however further charges may apply.

Please note no responsibility is accepted for goods damaged in transit. If, upon receipt of your goods, the packaging is compromised then contact the post office immediately, keep the packaging or take photographs as evidence for your claim. You can contact us for a copy of the proof of posting to assist your claim.

We accept no responsibility for the non delivery of items. We will obtain a proof of posting receipt for every package sent, and assist you in anyway we can but you will need to make a claim for loss from the post office.

Please make sure you read the Pre Order information page before placing an order containing pre order goods.

Post and Packing Charges for the UK Mainland only

£0 – £99.99 – £3.95

Orders over £100 are free for the UK Mainland

For a single magazine we have a special rate of £2.15, please select that option at the checkout.

For goods to be shipped outside of the UK please contact us direct for a quote.

Please note some items are very heavy and exempt from our normal postal charges, these include paints and larger quantities of cardstock, magazines or books. A postal surcharge will be added at cost. If you order any of these please email us for the correct postage information.


All our prices include VAT at 20% where applicable.


We endeavour to keep the web site as up to date as possible but prices can be subject to change without prior notice. If any item is incorrectly priced by accident we will advise you of the correct price as soon as possible before we send your order. You can then decide if you still wish to receive the item.


Faulty Goods

In the rare event that goods are faulty then please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements to return the goods for either a full refund or immediate replacement. No responsibility is accepted for goods lost in transit while being returned so we suggest you send them Recorded Delivery.

Cancellation of Orders

In line with the European Directive distance selling regulations you are able to cancel your order within 7 working days. If you wish to do so then please email us with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Your right to cancel is effective from the time your order is placed until 7 days after the day you receive your goods. Please note, however, that our postage and packing charges are non-refundable, and that unless faulty, you will be liable for the cost of returning goods.

Goods must be returned in their original and sealed packaging and in a saleable condition.

This regulation does not apply to books, magazines, cardstock or DVD’s.
